How long does it take to get brochures made?
It depends on what level of service you are looking for. If you already have the artwork and text, we can design and print your brochure in as little as 10-15 business days. If you want us to write your brochure for you, or need help finding the right photos or artwork to convey your message, it will take a little longer. The bottom line is--plan ahead! We will do everything we can to get your materials designed, printed and delivered as fast as possible. Let us know what your timeframe is, and we'll let you know what we can do.

I know I need a brochure / flyer / mailer, but I don't know how to start.
No problem! Just give us a call or drop us an email to get things started. We'll contact you to learn what customers or target group you are trying to reach, and what information you want included. We'll also ask you questions to get an idea of the "look and feel" you want for your brochure, flyer, mailer or other promotion piece. You can send us any text ideas, artwork or logos that you want included, or we can create them for you. From there, we will put together a draft for your review. Once revisions have been made and you are satisfied with the draft, the project will be printed, folded and delivered to you, ready to distribute.

Can you design my brochure so that I can print them on my office printer?
Yes, although it depends on what kind of brochure or flyer you are looking for, and how it will be used. There are differences in quality and capability from one office printer to another. Some projects print just fine on in-house laser or inkjet printers. Others demand the print quality, paper size or design features that professional printing can offer. You may also save money by having it professionally printed. At quantities of 750 or above, this is usually the case.

Will I be able to see a draft of my brochure before it gets printed?
Always. Our job is to make your organization look good by creating printed materials that "sell" your ideas, products and services. You have input all throughout the design process, and we don't go to press until you are completely satisfied with every aspect of the design and wording.

Our nonprofit organization needs funding. How do we find out what foundations will give us grant money?
There are literally thousands of foundations that fund organizations in Washington state. Books such as The Washington Foundation Databook and others (ask the Reference Librarian at your local library for suggestions!) are a good place to start. They provide information about what kinds of projects the Foundations like to fund, what geographic areas they serve, and more. Websites such as The Foundation Center (http://fdncenter.org/) can also be great resources.
